Parents can delete a child profile from their SplashLearn account through the website's profile management settings. The Delete Child option is available only when there is more than one child profile on the account and is not supported on the app. Deleting a child profile permanently removes its learning progress, activity history, and associated data.
Here’s how you can do it:
Log in to your parent account using your registered email and password.

Click on Parent in the top-right corner.

Select Settings from the dropdown.

Click on Delete Child next to the profile you want to remove.

Click Yes, Delete to confirm. Once deleted, the child profile and all associated data will be permanently removed and cannot be restored.
Remember:
The delete option will not appear if you have only one child profile.
Child profiles cannot be deleted through the app. Please use our website.
