Parents can change their account name, email address, or password from the Account Settings section of their SplashLearn account. Follow the steps below to update your account information.
Before you begin:
SplashLearn is available on both the website and the mobile app. The steps to change the parent profile may slightly depend on the platform you’re using.
Using the SplashLearn website:
Follow these steps if you're using the SplashLearn website:
Log in to your parent account using your registered email and password.

Click the Parent button.

Select Settings.

Scroll down to Account Details.

Click the Edit Parent Profile, then update your name, email address, or password, and click Update to save your changes.
Keep in mind:
- To change your email address, you’ll need to verify it with a verification code. Make sure you have access to your registered email so you can receive and enter the verification code. Learn more: Why am I not receiving a verification code?
When changing your password, choose a strong and unique password to help keep your account safe.
Forgot your password? then, you can easily reset it using the password reset link on the login page. Learn more from: How parents or teachers can reset a SplashLearn password or unlock an account?
Signed up with Apple or Google? You don’t need a password — just log in using the Apple or Google sign-in option.
Update email or password via the application:
If you’re using the SplashLearn app, you can update your email or password directly in the app.

Log in, open your account settings, and tap Update Email/Password.

Choose the detail you want to update and follow the prompts.
Keep in mind:
- On the app, parent profile settings are limited to updating your email address and password. To update your name or timezone, please use the website.
