This article explains how parents can update their SplashLearn account details, including their name, email address, password, and time zone.
⚠️ Before you begin:
If you signed up via Apple or Google, there's no need to create or remember a separate SplashLearn password.

- Click Parent in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll to Account Details.
- Click Edit Parent Profile.
Update your email, password, time zone, and more, then click Update to save your changes.

⚠️ Before you begin:Name and timezone changes are only available on the website, while the app supports email and password updates only.
- Go to Parents.
- Click Settings.
- Tap Update Email / Password.
- Select Change Email or Change/Update Password per your preference.

ℹ️ Note:Changing your email requires a verification code sent to your new address. Didn't receive the verification code? Troubleshoot verification issues.
