If you forgot your password or got locked out after multiple login attempts, don’t worry—it’s easy to get back in. Simply reset your password using the Forgot Password option, verify your email, and set a new password.
Parents and teachers can reset their SplashLearn password or unlock their account using the password recovery process described below.
Go to the Forgot Password / Reset Password page.

Enter the email address linked to your SplashLearn account.
Click Reset Now.
Check your email for a 4-digit verification code, and enter it on the next page to confirm your email. If you don't find the email, learn more: Why am I not receiving a verification code?

Create a new password, then click Change my password to finish.
Once done, you’ll be able to log in again with your new password.
Tip: Choose a strong but easy-to-remember password to help keep your account secure.
