Creating a SplashLearn account is free and comes with one child profile at no extra cost. To add more child profiles, parents need to add a payment method and subscribe to a plan.
A single SplashLearn account allows parents to manage upto three child profiles, making it easy to support the learning journey of more than one child. Additional profiles can be added from the parent dashboard in just a few steps.
SplashLearn can be accessed through both the website and the mobile app. The steps to add a child profile may vary slightly depending on the platform you’re using.

Using the SplashLearn app:

Is there a limit to the number of child profiles?
You can add up to three child profiles under a single parent account. To add more than three children, you’ll need to create a new parent account.
Are you trying to add a classroom-linked child profile?
If your child has teacher-assigned work to complete at home, you can add their classroom profile to your parent account to enable Home Access. This feature is completely free and does not require a subscription.
The steps for adding a classroom-linked profile are a little different. Learn more: How can parents add a new student profile to their classroom-linked account?
Does adding another child require a subscription?
To add another child profile, you'll first need to add a payment method to your SplashLearn account.
If you're already subscribed to a paid plan, you can either:
- Purchase a separate subscription for the additional child, or
- Upgrade to a Family Plan
For families with multiple children, we recommend the Family Plan, which supports up to three child profiles under a single subscription, making it a convenient and cost-effective option.
Remember:
- Home Access is free. Your child can access teacher-assigned work at home, after you link their classroom profile to your parent account without purchasing a subscription. Learn more: What are the limitations of Home Access?
- Family Plans are currently available only on an annual subscription and do not support monthly or quarterly billing.
