Parents can view and manage their subscription, billing details, and payment methods directly from their SplashLearn account dashboard.
Before you begin:
SplashLearn is available on both the website and the mobile app. The steps to manage payment method or subscription settings may vary depending on the platform you’re using.
Using the SplashLearn website:
- Log in to your parent account with your registered email and password.

Click the Parents button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Select Settings and enter your year of birth. If you don’t remember the year entered during sign-up, you can use your original birth year to continue. This step helps keep account settings secure and out of children’s reach.

Click Account Details (scroll down if you don’t see it right away).

Go to Membership details to view your subscription information, including the amount, subscription period, and billing details.

Go to Manage cards to add or delete card details.
Keep in mind: The option to delete the card appears only when the subscription status is canceled or recurring payments are turned off.
Using the SplashLearn app:
- If your purchase was made through an app store (such as the Apple App Store or Google Play), your subscription is managed by them. To view or make changes to your existing subscription, simply use the same platform where you made the purchase.
