Parents can update a child’s profile name, grade level, and avatar from the profile settings within their SplashLearn account. These changes help personalize the learning experience and ensure content recommendations remain aligned with the child’s learning level and preferences.
- Go to the website and log in to your parent account using your registered email address and password.
- If you are using the application, log in by clicking Already registered? Login.

Click on the Parent button.

Select Settings.

If using the website, in the settings section, click Edit Player's Details. This will enable you to update the child's name, grade, avatar, and other relevant details.

If logged into the application, select the preferred child profile and update the name and grade accordingly.
Change the name of the child profile:

Edit the name as needed and click Save Changes.
Change the grade level of the child profile:
You can move your child to a higher or lower grade based on their learning needs and progress. This flexibility helps personalize your child’s learning journey.

Select the new grade and click Save Changes.
Change the avatar of the child profile:
Customizing the avatar makes learning more fun and engaging!

Click on your child’s avatar.

Click the avatar symbol to personalize the look.
- You can customize:

Hair icon – Change your hairstyle and select a hair color.

Face icon – Adjust the face shape and choose a skin tone.

Eyes icon – Choose from a variety of eye shapes and colors.

Facial Marks – Add features like freckles or other expressions.

Frame – Changes the avatar's background.

On the right-hand side, you’ll see a panel with more hairstyles and color choices. Just click on the one you like, and your avatar will update automatically.
Remember:
- Avatar settings are currently not customizable by teachers or parents.
- Updating a child's grade level will change their recommended learning content, but their existing progress will remain intact.
- If you're unable to edit a child's profile, the account may be linked to a classroom profile, which can limit certain profile changes.
