Error: "We can not process your request at this moment."
This error may occur when adding more than three child profiles under a single-parent account. To resolve this, consider creating a new parent account using an alternate email address or remove existing profiles if necessary.
Error: "Please enter a valid teacher code."
This error can happen due to a couple of reasons.
- Firstly, it might be due to a typo error. Please check and try again.
- Secondly, it might result from using the class code instead of the teacher's unique code. In this case, you can ask your child's teacher to share the "teacher unique code" or parent letter (see screenshot).
- Lastly, the most common reason is that you may have already signed up using the same teacher code. In this case, you can log in to your account using your email address (that you may have used) and password. If you cannot recall your password, click here to reset it. However, if you cannot recall the email address you used to sign up, please contact our support with either the "teacher unique code" or the "parent letter."
Error: "This email already exists in our records."
If you have already created a SplashLearn account with the same email address, you may receive an error message stating that the account already exists. In this case, you can use a different email address to create a new parent account or delete your existing parent account. Error: "Communication Error."
Issues with the internet connection or the SplashLearn servers may cause this error. To fix this error, please try again later and ensure you have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, contact SplashLearn support for help.
