Parents can set up a classroom-linked SplashLearn account using a Teacher Invite Email, Home Access Link, or Home Access Letter provided by their child’s teacher. Follow the steps below based on the setup method you received.
Set up using a teacher invite email:
Teachers may invite parents directly via email.
Here’s how to get started:
-
Open the Parent Invitation Email in your inbox and click Set Up Home Access.
-
Enter your email address and click Continue to complete the verification process.
You’ll then see two options:
Continue with limited access – Access only assigned assignments.
-
Start a 7-day free trial – Unlock full access to all SplashLearn features and resources with a subscription.
Set up using a home access link:
Sometimes, teachers share a direct home access link instead of a letter. Follow these steps to set up a classroom-linked account:
-
Open the link your teacher shared and select your child’s student profile.
-
Enter the student’s class password and click Verify student.
-
Enter your email address and click Continue, complete the verification process, and set your password.
Set up using a home access letter:
If you received a printed Home Access Letter, you can use any of the options below:
-
Either scan the QR Code in the letter, click the link provided, or visit the setup page directly.
Enter your email address and click Continue, complete the verification process, and set your password.
Keep in mind:
Home Access Letters are currently available only in English.

The teacher has marked them as completed or deleted.
If assignments are still missing, please contact your child’s teacher directly.
