Parents can add a new student profile to their classroom-linked SplashLearn account from the Parent Dashboard and manage multiple children under the same account. Please note that parents can add up to three student/child profiles under one account and easily switch between child profiles within the same account for convenient access.

Click the Set up Home Access button in the email invite.

Enter your existing registered classroom-linked email address and click Continue.

Enter the password for your existing classroom-linked account to log in.

You can either link the new child profile by clicking Link as new profile, or replace the existing profile by clicking Replace profile. Once done, it will redirect you to the dashboard.
Keep in mind:
If you click Replace profile, the previous student profile will be permanently deleted. The progress will be lost, and the profile cannot be retrieved.

Received a Home Access Letter? Here's what to do!
You can either scan the QR code in the home access letter or visit the link provided in it.

Enter your existing registered classroom-linked email address and click Continue.
Complete the setup by choosing to link the new child as a new profile or replace an existing profile in your account. After this step, the profile will be successfully added to your account.

Open the link your teacher provided to begin the process.

Select the student profile you need to add under your existing account.

Enter your existing registered classroom-linked email address and click Continue.

Enter the password associated with your existing classroom-linked account to proceed with the login.

You can either link the new child profile by clicking Link as new profile, or replace the existing profile by clicking Replace profile. Once done, it will redirect you to the dashboard.
