If you're bumping into the “We are not ready for you yet” message, it might be due to cross-platform or cross-application login.
Cross-Platform Login: When you sign up for SplashLearn through an iOS app or our website, you can access your account on both the website and iOS devices, but not on Android apps, with the same credentials. The same goes for signing up via the Android app; those credentials won’t work for the iOS app login.

- How do you switch the platform/app? If you’re looking to switch from using SplashLearn on iOS to Android or vice versa, you’ll need to create a new account for the platform you’re moving to. You can either use a new email address or, if you prefer to keep your existing email, request deletion of the associated account, since SplashLearn allows only one email address to be associated with one account, regardless of the platform.
Cross-Application Login: If you registered via a specific iOS app (like the Grade 1 app), your login works only for that app and the website, not other iOS apps. All apps let you access the full Pre-K to Grade 5 curriculum, so no worries if your child advances to another grade; simply adjust the grade level within the app.

Android users can download the SplashLearn app directly from the Google Play Store.

If you use both iOS and Android devices, manage your accounts carefully to avoid login issues.
If you encounter a login error, ensure you are using the correct SplashLearn app. Reinstalling the app may help resolve the issue.

If you signed up through the Android app, please continue accessing SplashLearn through the Android app or the website. For the best performance, use a device with more than 3 GB of RAM.
For iPad users, we recommend using iPadOS version 15.0 or later with at least 4 GB of internal memory for a smooth experience.
