This article is for Parents looking to delete their SplashLearn account. Deleting your account permanently removes all child profiles, learning progress, and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
⚠️ Before you begin:Parents with an active trial or subscription do not have the option to delete account, they can chat with us to get help. This option is not available on Android app — use the website instead.

- Click Parent.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll down and click Delete Account.
- Click Delete Account again on the confirmation page.
- Enter the verification code on the next page.

- Tap Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Tap OK to confirm.

Switching account roles requires deleting your existing account and creating a new one with the correct role. Follow the steps above to delete your current account, then create a new parent account → or sign up as a teacher.
