FAQ / Troubleshooting
[accordion-start: My child logged in on a new device using a verification code and was logged out of the old device. Why did this happen?]
You can sign in on only one device at a time using the verification code sign-in method, as it supports only one active session. For a smoother experience — especially with multiple child profiles — sign in using your registered email address and password.
