ℹ️ A quick look at Live Classes schedule:
Subject Day Times (PST) Math Monday & Wednesday 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM English Tuesday & Thursday 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:30 PM Each time slot covers the same lesson on a given date, so your child can join the session that works best for them or attend multiple sessions for revision.
⚠️ Before you begin: Live Classes are available only in the United States and Canada.

FAQ / Troubleshooting
[accordion-start: Can my child try a Live Class before subscribing?]
Yes! Every family gets one complimentary Live Class per subject (Math and English) at the end of each month at no cost.
[accordion-start: Which devices can my child use for Live Classes?]
Live Classes are available on the website and the SplashLearn app.
For the best experience, keep your browser or app up to date. If you're using an iPhone or iPad, make sure it's running iOS 15 or later.
[accordion-start: Why can't the teacher hear my child?]
Live Classes follow a webinar format in which the teacher leads the lesson, and students participate via the chat feature.
To keep the class focused and safe, students' microphones and cameras remain turned off throughout the session.
[accordion-start: Where can I watch the Live Class recording?]
ℹ️ Live Class recordings aren't available if a student misses the session.
After your child attends a Live Class, we'll send a summary email to your registered email address. It includes:
- The class recording
- The upcoming class schedule
- A feedback form
- Links to practice worksheets and games
[accordion-start: Why didn't I receive a Live Class reminder email?]
If you're not receiving reminder emails, your account may have been signed out for 14 days or more. To start receiving reminders again:
- Sign in to your SplashLearn account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Live class page and click Remind me for the session you'd like to attend.
- Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure no-reply@splashmath.com isn't blocked.
[accordion-start: Why didn't I receive the Live Class summary email?]
If you didn't receive the post-class summary email, you may have unsubscribed from SplashLearn emails. To fix this:
- Update your email preferences to receive SplashLearn emails again.
- Check your spam or junk folder and make sure no-reply@splashmath.com isn't blocked in your email settings.
