How do I view and track my child's progress?

⚠️ Before you begin:

• Time spent in Game Zone, Secret of Numeras, or Books is not included in these progress reports.

• Progress Reports are not available for Reading Comprehension and Spelling for Grades 3–5.

1. Click Parents on your dashboard.
2. Click Reports.
3. Select the preferred child profile, grade level, or subject using the available dropdowns.
4. Review your child's progress and performance by topic.

✅ Done: You can now use the report to see how your child is doing and identify where they may need a little more practice.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

The report uses these indicators to help you quickly understand how your child is doing:

• 🟢 Mastered: Strong understanding — above 80% accuracy

• 🔵 Satisfactory: On track — 60–80% accuracy
• 🟡 Can do better: Needs more practice — 50–60% accuracy
• 🔴 Needs attention: May need additional support — below 50% accuracy
• ⚪ Yet to start: The activity hasn't been attempted
• 🟣 In progress: The activity is currently being worked on

Progress reports are generated after your child completes a Learning Objective. Weekly reports are based on your child's use of the Math or ELA curriculum.

If your child's latest progress isn't showing in the app, use Online Sync to sync their progress.

1. Go to Parents.
2. Click Settings.
3. Click Online Sync.
