Teachers can add new students to an existing SplashLearn classroom from the Classroom dashboard by selecting the class and choosing Add Students. Students can be added individually or imported in bulk, depending on classroom needs.
Add students directly in Clever or Google Classroom:
If your class is connected to Clever or Google Classroom, make sure you add students directly to your Clever or Google Classroom account first.
Once the students are added there and the class has been imported into SplashLearn, they will automatically appear in SplashLearn under the same class.
Don’t see the newly added students?
You may need to manually sync your classroom to see the changes:

Log in to your SplashLearn teacher account, and go to the Student roster.

Click Sync with Clever or Sync with Google Classroom in the top right corner.
Keep in mind:
You can also use the Add Students option to manually add students to an imported Clever or Google Classroom. However, students added this way will appear only in SplashLearn and will not sync back to your Clever or Google Classroom account.
The sync buttons are visible only if you have already imported your Clever or Google Classroom into SplashLearn.
Add students manually via SplashLearn:
If your classroom is not connected to Clever or Google Classroom, you can add students manually.

Navigate to the student roster.

Click Add students.

Enter the student names and click Save. To add multiple students at once, select Import from spreadsheet to upload them in bulk and save time.
Remember:
There are no restrictions on the number of classrooms or students you can add within a single SplashLearn account. Whether you teach a small group or a large classroom, you can add as many students as needed.
Student names must start with a letter and be at least 2 characters long. Only the following characters are allowed in student names for now: letters, numbers, apostrophes (’), dots (.), hyphens (-), and underscores (_).
