⚠️ Before you begin:Teachers cannot change or disable student avatars. Students can update their own avatars from their dashboard, and the changes automatically appear in the teacher view.
How can I view or change a student's password?
- Go to Manage all classes.
- Click Student Roster on the class with the preferred student(s).
- Click on the pencil icon.
Select your preferred login mode and password type, and click Save.
Choose Common for one shared password across the class, or Individual login to set a different password for each student.
✅ Done: You have successfully updated the student's details.
How do I change a student's name, grade, or language?
- Go to Manage all classes.
- Click Student Roster on the class with the preferred student(s).
- Click the pencil icon next to the student's name.
- Update details such as Name, Grade, or Language, then click Save.
The password field appears only when Login mode is set to Individual.
✅ Done: The student's details have been updated successfully.
