Teachers can manage ongoing assignments from Reports > Track Assignments, including editing due dates, adding or removing students, sharing assignment links, marking assignments complete, or deleting assignments. Keep in mind that deleting an assignment permanently removes associated student progress.
Log in to your teacher account with your registered email address and password.

Click Reports and go to either Track Math or Track English > Track Assignments to view the total assignments assigned to the students.

Click the three vertical dots on any of the ongoing assignments to view more actions.
Re-assign the assignments to the student:
The Reassign option becomes available when at least one student has completed the assignment, giving them another chance to practice or improve.
Keep in mind:
Reassigning will reset the student’s previous progress.

Share practice with the students or parents:
Easily share assignments with students or parents using Share Practice — copy a link, download and print an invite, or share directly via Google Classroom or Remind to make access simple and convenient.
Add or remove students from the ongoing assignment:
With Add or Remove Students, you can update your ongoing assignments in just a few clicks—ensuring the right students continue while others are removed seamlessly.
Click Add or Remove Students.

Select or deselect students to continue or stop receiving the assignment, then click Save to apply the changes.
Edit the due date on the ongoing assignment:
Easily keep assignments on track by updating due dates as needed — helping students stay organized and ensuring deadlines fit your schedule. To modify the due date:
Click Edit due date.

Change the due date as required and click Save to apply the changes.
Keep in mind: When assigning an assignment, the due date is set to 7 days (one week) by default. You can adjust it to be shorter or longer as needed.
Mark the assignment as complete:
If you want to keep track of assignments students have already completed, instead of deleting them from the student dashboard, you can mark them as complete. This way, you can maintain their progress while managing assignments effectively.
Click Select to mark as complete.

Select the assignment by checking the boxes to mark the assignment as complete in bulk, and click Mark as complete to apply changes.
Deleting/un-assigning the assignment:
If you accidentally assigned the wrong assignment or want to remove/take off an assignment from your student's to-do list, you can follow these easy steps to delete or unassign an assignment on SplashLearn.
Click Select to delete.
Select the assignment by checking the boxes to delete the assignment in bulk.

Click Delete to remove the assignment.
Keep in mind: Deleting an assignment will permanently remove all associated progress.
Tip: You can download or print the reports before deleting the assignment to keep them for your records.
