As a teacher, integrating Clever with SplashLearn offers a seamless way to manage student data and enhance the learning experience. However, occasional data discrepancies may arise, causing missing students, outdated information, or limited subject access.
Let's explore the steps to resolve these issues and ensure smooth data synchronization between Clever and SplashLearn.
- Missing students in the imported classroom: If you notice that only some students are reflected in your SplashLearn account after integrating with Clever, you can manually sync your Clever class to update the student roster again. This action will trigger a manual sync, ensuring that all relevant student data is accurately imported into your SplashLearn account.
- Add/delete students from the roster: To add or delete students from the roster for the Clever imported classroom, necessary changes must be made primarily on the Clever roster. Once done, please click on manual sync to reflect the changes in SplashLearn. (Teacher cannot add/delete students directly through SplashLearn).
Subject Access in Clever Integrated Classes:
For Clever classes imported into SplashLearn, the subject access is as follows:
- Math Clever Class: Access to Math only
- Homeroom/Advisory Clever (for grades K-2) Class: Access to Math+ELA
- Homeroom/Advisory Clever (for grades 3-5) Class: Access to Math only
- English/Language Arts Clever Class: Access to ELA only
Points to Remember:
- SplashLearn does not support the district-shared Clever login option. Hence, teachers must sign up directly through the Clever option on the website signup page.
