In SplashLearn, teachers can assign adaptive Math Facts to their students, providing them with personalized practice and reinforcement of essential math skills. Please follow the simple steps to assign Math Facts to your class, ensuring an effective learning experience for your students.
- Click on the "Assign Facts" from the drop-down.
- Click on the "New Fact practice" to create your students' new adaptive math facts assignment.
Adaptive Math Facts:
The adaptive fact practice evaluates and adjusts to each student's individual level, gently leading them toward fluency in facts at their own speed. This enables every student to achieve fluency at their own comfortable pace. A fact is mastered when a student can answer it correctly within 6 seconds.
To assign adaptive Math Facts in SplashLearn, follow the steps as below:
- Click on "Modify Practice".
- Set the practice days and number of questions for each student per your preference and Save the changes.
Custom Test:
With custom fact practice, teachers can generate a rapid online assessment or print out a personalized worksheet. They can also select specific operators and numbers for their students to practice, tailoring the exercises to meet their instructional goals.
- Click on the "Create new test" option.
- Review the available options, such as operators, the number of questions, and time per question. Once selected, click "Select students to assign". You can also click "Print worksheet" at your convenience. Printing the worksheet can benefit teachers who prefer to provide physical copies to their students or want to incorporate offline practice alongside the digital learning experience.

When assigning the custom test, you can choose whether to assign them to selected students from your class or the entire class. Select the appropriate option based on your preferences and teaching needs. Once done, click on "Assign".
Where can students see the assigned Math Facts?
Once you assign the Math Facts, the students can log in to their accounts and practice it under the From My Teacher tab.
