Teachers can quickly help students access SplashLearn by sharing login instructions, class codes, QR codes, or Clever login details. This article explains how students can sign in across supported devices and how to safely sign out when finished.
How can teachers share login instructions with students?
Log in to your teacher account with your registered email address and password.

Click on student login instructions.

Choose how students will log in — Class Code or QR Code.
Click Copy instructions or Print instructions to create login cards you can share in class.
How can the students log in?

If using the website, click on Login > Log in as Student.

If using the app, tap "Already registered?" Login.

Click on Log in as Student.

Keep in mind:
Student sign-in is not supported on the iPhone app and Android app. Students should use the iPad app, or the website on a tablet, laptop, or desktop.
Using Class Code:

Enter the class code in the given space.

Select the student profile and enter the student's password shared by the teacher.
Keep in mind:
Student login is only supported on website or iPad devices.
If you’ve disabled/turned off password requirements for student logins, students won’t need to enter a password. They can simply enter the class code and go straight into the classroom.
Using QR Code:

Scan the QR code shared by the teacher.
Keep in mind:
Currently, Student QR login is not supported on app platform.
Via Clever Login:
If your class is imported through Clever, students can log in directly using Clever Single Sign-On (SSO).

Click the SplashLearn icon in their Clever dashboard—no extra usernames or passwords to remember.
Can teachers view student accounts?
Yes, the teacher can log in using Go to Student Experience. This feature is especially helpful for setup and troubleshooting.

Click Visit student experience.

Select the student from your class list.

Click on Student Avatar, then Log out.
