How do I assign, complete, or delete an assessment and generate a learning plan?

⚠️ Before you begin:

• Students must complete the assessment before moving on to other activities.
• Assessments and Learning Plans are currently available only for Math. They aren't available for English and Pre-K grade.
• Assessments and Learning Plans are assigned to the entire class, not individual students.

How do I assign an assessment?

1. Select Math under Curriculum.
2. Go to Assessments.

3. Select the assessment you want to assign, then click Assess.

✅ That's it! The assessment is now assigned to your class.

How do I complete or reassign an assessment?

⚠️ Before you begin: 

• You can reassign an assessment only after the student completes it or you mark it as complete.
• Marking an assessment as complete removes it from the student's dashboard, but their progress remains available in your teacher dashboard.
• Reassigning an assessment resets the student's previous progress. Download or print the report first if you want to keep a record.

1. Click Reports.
2. Select Track Math.
3. Click Track assessments.
4. Click See reports.
5. To delete the ongoing assessment, click Complete assessment.
6. Click Yes to confirm.

3. Click Track assessments.
4. Click See reports.
5. Click Re-assess.

✅ You're all set! You can now mark assessments as complete or reassign them when needed.

How do I generate a personalized Learning Plan?

ℹ️ Note: You can print learning plan reports to track progress and insights.

1. Click Reports.
2. Go to Track assessments.
3. Select the assessment you want to review, then click See reports.
4. Click Assign the Plan. 
   
5. (Optional) Click Clear Student Dashboard to remove the plan from the student's dashboard.
   You'll see this option after the plan has been assigned.
   

✅ Done: 

Students can now access the Learning plan from their dashboard.

FAQ / Troubleshooting

Yes. You can assign an assessment from another grade level and track your students' progress as usual.

No. Assessment questions can't be edited or customized.

Mark the assessment as complete to remove it from the student dashboard. Their progress will still be available on your teacher dashboard.
