⚠️ Before you begin:
- Math Facts is not available for Pre-K and Kindergarten students.
Students can access Math Facts through the SplashLearn website or app. It isn’t supported on mobile or tablet web browsers.
How do I assign Adaptive Practice?
ℹ️ Note:
Adaptive Practice adjusts the difficulty based on each student's performance, helping them build fluency at their own pace. A fact is considered mastered when a student answers it correctly within 6 seconds.
Enable Home Access to let students practice assigned Math Facts after 3 PM and on Saturdays and Sundays too.
- Select Math under Curriculum.
- Go to Math Facts.
- Click Assign or Modify Practice.
- Set operators, practice days, and the number of questions per day, then click Save changes.
✅ Done: Your students can now find the assigned Math Facts under 'From Your Teacher' tab and start practicing.
How to assign a Custom Test?
ℹ️ Note:
Custom tests are useful when you want to give students targeted practice with specific operators, question counts, or time limits.
- Select Math under Curriculum.
- Go to Math Facts.
- Click Create new test.
- Customize the test, then click Select students to assign.
You can also select Print Worksheet if you want students to practice offline. - Select students and click Assign.
✅ Done: Custom Test has been successfully assigned to the students.
FAQ / Troubleshooting

Students can find their assigned Math Facts under the From Your Teacher tab on their dashboard.
[accordion-start: Can I change an existing adaptive Math Facts assignment?]
Yes. Click Modify Practice and update the assignment for a specific student or your entire class.
[accordion-start: How can I remove or unassign the adaptive Math facts?]
Go to Modify Practice.
Click Unassign.
Deselect the students, then click Save.
[accordion-start: Why can't my students access Math Facts?]
Students can access Math Facts during school hours, from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. If you want students to practice after 3 PM or on weekends, then enable Home Access.
