How do I add a child to an existing classroom-linked account?
⚠️ Before you begin:You can add up to three student profiles under one classroom-linked account. Your child's teacher must share a new invite email, home access link, or home access letter for the additional child.
You cannot add a co-parent or second email address to the same account.
[tab-start: Teacher Invite Email]
- Click Set Up Home Access in the teacher invite email.
- Enter your existing registered email address and click Continue.
- Enter your account password and log in to your account.

FAQ / Troubleshooting
[accordion-start: I'm seeing an "Already added 3 students" error. What should I do?]
Classroom-linked accounts support a maximum of three student profiles.
- Remove an existing student profile to free up a slot.
- Create a new classroom-linked account if you need to manage more than 3 students.
[accordion-start:I'm seeing an "Unable to link your account" error. What should I do?]
This error usually means your account was created on a different platform than the one you're trying to use.
- On iOS, classroom-linked accounts work only with the SplashLearn: Kids Learning App. Other iOS Grade apps will show a "We're not ready for you" error with the same login.
- If you signed up on the website, you can use the same credentials on the iOS or Android app. Once you log in to one app, your account links to that platform.
[accordion-start: My child's assignments aren't showing under "From Your Teacher." What should I do?]
Assignments disappear when your child completes them or when the teacher marks them as done. If assignments are still missing, contact your child's teacher directly — they can verify the status and reassign if needed.
[accordion-start: I accidentally added the wrong student profile. Can I fix this?]
Start a chat with our support team so they can remove the incorrect profile and guide you through relinking to the correct one.
