- Once logged in, click on the "Parents" button at the top-left corner of your dashboard.
- From the drop-down menu, select "Settings".
- Go to “Account Details.”
- Within the "Email Preferences" section, you'll see a list of different types of notifications. Review the options and select "No" for the notifications you wish to unsubscribe.
- Don't forget to click the "Save" button to apply the changes.
Points to remember:
- The account-related emails, such as password reset requests and critical security updates, are important for the security and functionality of your SplashLearn account. As a result, we are unable to unsubscribe you from these essential communications.
