Parents can unsubscribe from SplashLearn promotional emails using the unsubscribe link included in email communications. This article explains how to manage email preferences and stop receiving non-essential emails.
Follow these simple steps:
Log in to your parent account using your registered email and password.

Click the Parents button at the top-right corner of your dashboard.

Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

Go to Account Details.

In the Email Preferences section, review the list of notifications. Select No for the emails you no longer wish to receive.

Click Save to apply your changes.
Remember:
- Currently, notifications can’t be turned off through the mobile app. Kinldy log in via website to unsubscribe from emails.

Some emails are essential for keeping your account secure and running smoothly. Because of this, you will still receive important account-related emails, such as:
Password reset requests
Security alerts
Critical account updates
