How can parents unsubscribe from emails? – SplashLearn

We understand that your email inbox should reflect your personal preferences. We're here to assist you if you want to unsubscribe from SplashLearn emails.

Following these steps, you can tailor your email notifications to your preferences. Unsubscribing from specific notifications will ensure that you only receive the most relevant and important emails.

Log in to your account using your registered email address and password.
Once logged in, click on the "Parents" button at the top-left corner of your dashboard.
From the drop-down menu, select "Settings".
Go to “Account Details.”
Within the "Email Preferences" section, you'll see a list of different types of notifications. Review the options and select "No" for the notifications you wish to unsubscribe.
Don't forget to click the "Save" button to apply the changes.

Points to remember:

The account-related emails, such as password reset requests and critical security updates, are important for the security and functionality of your SplashLearn account. As a result, we are unable to unsubscribe you from these essential communications.
