If you decide to proceed with account deletion, the process is simple. Just follow these steps based on your device:
For Parents accessing SplashLearn via the Website:
- Log in to your parent account and click on the "Parent" button.
- Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- Scroll down until you see the "Delete Account" button, and click on it.
- Click on the 'Delete Account Request' button on the next page.
- You'll be redirected to the new page to submit the request with our team. Click on the drop-down and select 'Contact Support'.
- Fill out the form completely with the required information.
- Click on the 'Submit' button to send your request.
For Parents accessing SplashLearn via the SplashLearn iOS App:
- Log in to your parent account and click on the three vertical lines in the left-hand corner.
- Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the 'Delete Account' section.
- Confirm your deletion request by clicking on the 'OK' button.
