Parents can permanently delete their SplashLearn account from the Account Settings section on the website or iOS app. This article explains the steps required to delete the account and complete email verification.
Website:

Log in to your parent account and click the Parent button.

Select Settings.

Scroll down and click Delete Account.

Click Delete Account again on the confirmation page.

Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the process.
Keep in mind:
If you don’t see the email, check your Spam folder. The subject line will include "Use code **** to delete your SplashLearn profile".
In case the Delete Account option doesn't appear in the options, please start a chat with our support team for help.
iOS app (iPhone/iPad):

Log in to your parent account and tap the profile icon.

Select Settings.

Tap Delete Account.
Confirm by selecting OK.

Enter the verification code sent to your email to complete the deletion. If you don’t see the email right away, be sure to check all folders, including spam.
Android app:
At the moment, the Delete Account option isn’t available on the Android app. To delete your account, please log in through the SplashLearn website and follow the steps above.
Remember:
Switching between a parent account and a teacher account requires deleting your existing account and creating a new one with the correct role.
If you wish to stop receiving emails, you can unsubscribe directly from your account settings — no deletion needed.
