Teachers can manage student login credentials from the Student Roster by viewing, updating, disabling, or changing password settings and choose between shared classroom passwords or individual student credentials.

Navigate to the Student Roster tab from your dashboard.

Look for the Password column and click the pencil icon.

A student login settings window will pop up — this is where you can customize how your students sign in!
Choosing your login mode:
Inside the Student login settings window, you have three simple options to fit your classroom's needs:
No password: Select this to disable passwords entirely. It makes student logins quicker and more seamless as they can access accounts directly and click Save.
Common: This is the default and a great choice for younger learners! You can set one easy password for the whole class — either a Text word or a Picture, and click Save.
Individual: Use this if you’d like unique passwords for every student. You can choose between Text and Picture types, then save the changes.
