Website	Clear your browser's cache, cookies, and site data. Restart the browser and try joining the class again. Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or VPNs. Refresh the page or open the class in an incognito/private window.
App	Check that your internet connection is stable. Update the SplashLearn app to the latest version. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall the app, then restart your device and try again
