Common SplashLearn Live Class issues may include audio problems, video-loading issues, class access errors, connectivity interruptions, or device/browser compatibility issues. This article explains how to troubleshoot and resolve each issue.
Joining a class is quick and easy:
- Log in to your SplashLearn account.
- Head to the Live Classes section.
- Click Join on your scheduled class.
You can access classes using a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and the SplashLearn application.
Keep in mind:
- Your child is enrolled in SplashLearn Live Classes.
- You’re logged in with the correct registered account.
The join link will be available 15 minutes before the class begins, so you can join early and get settled.
Classes are scheduled at 11:30 AM PT, 1:30 PM PT, and 4:30 PM PT. You can join any session that works for you and enter the class at any time before it ends.

Clear Cache & Cookies:
- Go to your browser’s settings and clear cache, cookies, and site data.

Disable Browser Extensions:
- Some extensions (like ad blockers or VPNs) can interfere with streaming.
- Disable unnecessary extensions and refresh the page.

Alternatively, open the class in an incognito/private window.
Using the SplashLearn App:
- Make sure your internet connection is stable and strong.
- Go to the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and update SplashLearn to the latest version.
- If already on the updated application, then uninstall and reinstall the app, then log back in.
Tip: Before uninstalling, note down your correct username to avoid login issues later. Finally, restart your device to clear any temporary glitches.
