FAQ's on Live Class

SplashLearn's Live Class is currently available only in the US and Canadian time zones.

This feature is accessible via both web browsers and iOS apps. For the best experience, please ensure your web browser is up to date and your iOS device is running iOS 15 or later.

Please note that the Live Class feature is not supported on the Android app at this time. However, Android users can still access Live Class through a web browser.

The Live Class is currently offered only in the US and Canadian time zones. Classes are held Monday to Thursday at the following times (Pacific Standard Time):

11:30 AM
1:30 PM
4:30 PM

The class time shown on your dashboard is automatically adjusted to match your device’s local time, so you’ll always see the correct schedule based on where you are.

Users who have been inactive for 14 days or more do not qualify for our email campaigns. As a result, they won’t receive Live Class invites or reminders.

Additionally, Live Class invite emails are sent from 'no-reply@splashmath.com'. Please check your spam or junk folder and ensure this address is not blocked or marked as spam in your email settings.

Following each Live Class session, a detailed summary email is sent to the parent's registered email address. This email includes key resources to support your child’s learning:

-Class Recording
-Upcoming Class Schedule
-Feedback Form
-Links to Practice Worksheets and Games

Note: This after-class email is only sent to parents of students who attended the session.
