How do I sign in to my parent account?

Log in via Email address & password:
- Go to SplashLearn’s login page.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password to reset it.
✅ Done! Your parent account is ready to use.
Log in via social accounts (Google, Facebook, or Apple):
- Choose your preferred sign-in method: Google, Facebook, or Apple.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to sign in.
✅ Done! You're now signed in to your SplashLearn parent account.
Log in via verification code:
⚠️ Before you begin:The verification code method supports only one active session at a time. Signing in on a new device will automatically sign you out of the previous one.
- Click Login via verification code on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

- Launch the SplashLearn app.
- Tap Already registered? Log in.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
Tap Google or Apple if your account is linked.

How do I sign out of my parent account?

- Click the Parents at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Logout.

- Click the Parents at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Sign out.
- Confirm your choice to sign out.

✅ Done: You have been signed out. Your account, child profiles, and progress are all saved and will be there when you sign back in.
FAQ / Troubleshooting
[accordion-start: I am receiving a "We're not ready for you" error, so why is this happening?]
This error means you're trying to sign in on a different platform than the one you registered on.
- Cross-platform: If you signed up on the iOS app or website, your credentials work on both, but not on Android. If you signed up via the Android app, those credentials won't work on the iOS app.
- Cross-app: If you registered through a specific iOS app (for example, the Grade 1 app), your login works only for that app and the website, not for other iOS apps.
To switch platforms, create a new SplashLearn account with a different email address. If you want to use your existing email, you’ll first need to delete the current SplashLearn account linked to it. Please note that deleting the account will permanently erase your progress.

Yes, progress is linked to the original account and does not transfer across platforms.

If you are stuck on the browser and unable to sign out, feel free to copy or type in the URL https://www.splashlearn.com/signout to log out of all existing accounts in that particular browser.
