Teachers can update a parent's email address for Home Access before the parent completes account setup. If the parent has already linked their classroom-linked account, teachers can no longer edit the email, and the parent must update it directly from their account settings.

On your dashboard, click on Enable Home Access.

Find the student's name and the email that needs changing, and click the "Edit" (pencil icon) next to the email address.
Type in the correct email and hit Save — you’re all set!
Remember:
Is the "Edit" button missing? If a parent has already signed up and linked their account, the edit option will disappear to keep the account secure. No worries—parents can still update their email address directly from their account settings and save the changes. Learn more here.
Is the child linked to the wrong account? If a student's profile is accidentally connected to the wrong parent, we’ll need to safely unlink them for you. Simply reach out to us here, and we’ll handle the rest!
