⚠️ Before you begin:
- SplashLeague quizzes are held once a week for each subject; Math every Wednesday & English every Thursday.
- Currently, SplashLeague is available on the website, desktop app, and iPad app. It is not available on the iPhone app.
What are the participation criteria for SplashLeague?

Eligibility Check:
Grades: K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Locations: United States and Canada.

Automatic Enrollment:
Classes with at least one student are automatically enrolled.
First-time setup: To enroll before the first event starts, simply log in to your teacher account at least once.
Opting out: You can turn off SplashLeague at any time from your class settings.
How do students and classes earn points?

Student Scores: Students accumulate points individually through:
- Each correct answer is based on points
- 3 correct answer streak
- 5 correct answer streak
- Perfect Score (all answers correct)
- Fast Answer (answered within 10 seconds)

Class Scores & Bonus Milestones: Your overall Class Score is the average of all participating students' scores. If your class has 10 or more students, you can earn Participation Bonus Points as more of your class completes the challenge.
25% participation: +250 extra class points
50% participation: +500 extra class points
75% participation: +750 extra class points
100% participation: +1000 extra class points
How do my students qualify for the leaderboard?
Leaderboard Requirement: At least 1 student must complete the challenge for your class to appear on the leaderboard.
Flexible Play: If a student exits mid-event, their progress is saved. When they log back in, they pick up right where they left off (for example, if they leave after Question 2, they resume on Question 3).
How can you track class progress, reports, and achievements?
To view your class's performance, click SplashLeague and switch between the tabs as needed.

Select the Home tab to view today's challenge, class insights, student progress, and active class leaderboard.

Once your class joins SplashLeague, weekly subject reports will appear here the next day of the event.
Click the Reports tab at the top of your dashboard to check out overall performance insights.
Tap View Details to open full challenge reports.
View your earned badges and trophies, or download a printable certificate to celebrate student milestones.

ℹ️ Celebrate your class:
- Once at least one student participates, your class becomes eligible for rewards.
- Recognition is given at both the state and national levels. The top classes earn:
- 🥇 Gold
- 🥈 Silver
- 🥉 Bronze

FAQ / Troubleshooting
[accordion-start: How can students join SplashLeague?]
⚠️ Before you begin: Students will see SplashLeague highlighted on their dashboard on the day of the event as part of their Daily Quest.
- Have your students log in to their accounts using the class code and password.
Click Play to participate.
Click Start Round 1 to begin the activity.
- Turn the background music on or off at any time using the sound icon.
You can also click the cross icon to close the activity.

You can unenroll your classroom from SplashLeague at any time in the class settings.
- Go to Manage all classes.
- Select the class you want to update and click Class Settings.
- Go to Student Activity.

[accordion-start: How many students need to participate for my class to appear on the leaderboard?]
At least one student from your class must participate in the quiz for your class to be eligible for the leaderboard.
[accordion-start: Can students participate if they leave the quiz before finishing?]
Yes. A student's score will include the questions they answered before leaving. When they return, they can continue from where they stopped.

You will receive weekly event reports sent directly to your email so you can easily track your class's progress.
