You can check the email address linked to your SplashLearn account from your account settings if you're logged in. If you're unable to log in, search your inbox for SplashLearn emails or use the Forgot Password option with your commonly used email addresses.
For Parents:
If you’re already logged in:

Go to website > click Parents.

Click Settings.

Click on Account Details.

Select Edit Parent Profile to view your registered email.
If you’re using the app:
Open the SplashLearn app installed on your device.

Tap on the Profile icon in the top-right corner.

Go to Settings.

Your registered email will appear under the Account section.
If you’re not logged in:
- Check your inbox for emails like subscription confirmations or welcome emails.
- You can also try logging in with your commonly used email addresses.
For Teachers or Schools:
If you’re logged in:
- Log in to your teacher account.

Go to Teacher Space → Profile.

Click on Edit Profile. Your registered email will be visible under the Email field.
If you’re not logged in:
- Look for SplashLearn emails in your inbox (e.g., welcome or class setup emails).
- Try the Forgot Password option with your usual email address to identify the correct one.
