I am getting "We're not ready for you" error message on the SplashLearn app.

Do you need help with the SplashLearn login? Here’s a quick, friendly guide to get you sorted! If you’re bumping into the “We are not ready for you yet” message, it might be due to cross-platform or cross-application login. Here’s what you need to know:

Cross-Platform Login: When you sign up for SplashLearn through an iOS app or our website, you can access your account on both the website and iOS devices but not on Android apps with the same credentials. The same goes for signing up via the Android app; those credentials won’t work for the iOS app login.

• • How do you switch the platform/app?  If you’re looking to switch from using SplashLearn on iOS to Android or vice versa, you’ll need to create a new account for the platform you’re moving to. You can either use a new email address or, if you prefer to use your existing email, request the deletion of the associated account since SplashLearn allows one email address to be associated with only one account, regardless of the platform.

Cross-Application Login: If you registered via a specific iOS app (like the Grade 1 app), your login works only for that app and the website, not other iOS apps. All apps let you access the full Pre-K to Grade 5 curriculum, so no worries if your child advances to another grade; simply adjust the grade level within the app.
