If you purchased your SplashLearn subscription through Apple iTunes, please follow these steps:
If you subscribed to SplashLearn through Apple iTunes, please note that SplashLearn is not authorized to cancel or refund purchases made through Apple. However, we can guide you with the steps:
- If you have an active trial, please click here and follow the tutorial for turning off the auto-renewal option. You can turn off the auto-renewal before the trial period to avoid any charges.
- If the account trial subscription has been converted into a charge, kindly write to Apple about refunding your purchase through the ‘Apple Return’ option by following the steps in the tutorial.

- Log in to your SplashLearn account and click on the "Parents" button.
- Select "Settings" from the options.
- Click on "Account Details."
- Go to "Membership Details" to view/manage your subscription.
- Click on "Cancel subscription" to discontinue/cancel your ongoing subscription.
Points to Remember:
- Canceling the subscription solely disables the auto-renewal feature for your SplashLearn subscription, ensuring no further recurring charges. However, paid access continues until the ongoing subscription period ends. Additionally, the student's progress data remains intact within the SplashLearn account until the parent initiates the account deletion process from their end.
