If sound is not working in SplashLearn, reviewing a few settings can help resolve the issue quickly and get things back on track.
Before you begin
Make sure your device’s audio settings are turned on, and the volume is set to an audible level. The steps to change the audio settings may vary on the platform you’re using.
On the website and iPhone/iPad (iOS) application:
Open the website or the SplashLearn application.

Tap your child’s name in the top-left corner.

Look for the music icon and make sure it’s turned ON.
Keep in mind:
Audio settings, including read-aloud questions and game sounds, are turned on by default on the website and iOS app.
On Android application:
Open the SplashLearn application and log in.

Tap on Parents.

Go to Settings.

Make sure Music, Sound, or Read out Questions are enabled in your settings.
