Teachers can update the classroom language settings from Class Settings to support students in their preferred learning language. Updating the classroom language may change the language experience available to students across supported learning activities and classroom content.
SplashLearn is available in multiple languages, including English (US), English (UK), English (AU), and Spanish.
Change the language for the entire classroom:
Log in to your teacher account using your registered email address and password.
-
Go to Manage All Classes, select the preferred class, and click Class Settings.
-
Choose your preferred language from the drop-down menu, then click Save to apply the changes.
Change the language for an individual student:
-
Open the selected class, then click Student Roster.
-
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the student’s name.
-
Select the preferred language from the Language drop-down and click Save to update the changes.
Remember:
Parents do not have a feature to change the language on their account.
Selecting Spanish does not translate the ELA/Reading curriculum.
The Teacher dashboard and parent invite letters cannot be printed in Spanish.
SplashLearn does not provide translations or transcripts of content.
