This article explains how teachers and parents can manage email notification preferences from their account settings on the SplashLearn website. This setting is not available in the app.
⚠️ Before you begin:
You will continue to receive essential account emails, such as password reset requests, security alerts, and critical account updates, which are required to keep your account secure.To stop all emails permanently, you need to delete your account.
[tab-start: Teachers]
- Click Teacher Space.
- Click Profile.
- Go to Email Preferences.
- Select No for any notifications you don't want to receive, then click Save.
Keep Yes for the notifications you want to receive.
✅ Done: Your email preferences have been saved.
[tab-start: Parents]
- Click Parent at the top-right corner of your dashboard.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Account Details.
- Go to Email Preferences.
- Select No for any notifications you don't want to receive, then click Save.
Keep Yes for the notifications you want to receive.
✅ Done: Your email preferences have been saved.
