If you are a teacher and no longer wish to use SplashLearn, you can easily delete your account by following these steps:

Click on the 'Submit a request' button.
- Select the 'Account Deletion' option from the drop-down menu.

Fill out the form completely with the required information.

Click on the 'Submit' button to send your request.

A pop-up message will appear indicating that your request has been successfully submitted.

Within 24 business hours, you will receive an email with a deletion link. Please click on the "Delete my SplashLearn Account" link.

Click on the 'Delete My Account' button in the email to complete the deletion process.
It's that simple! However, if you encounter any issues or do not receive the deletion link, you can re-open the request/ticket, and our customer support team will assist you further.
Please note that if you wish to switch your account from a teacher to a parent or vice-versa, you will need to delete your existing account and create a new one with the correct role.
