Firstly, you can select the user type (Parents, Classroom Linked Parents, or Teachers) and explore the articles in a flow.
Alternatively, you can also use the search bar to search for the Articles. To get the best out of your search, please keep the following in mind:
Start with a Keyword Search
The easiest way to search for articles on the support page is to use the search bar. Start by entering a keyword related to your question or problem. For example, if you need assistance in resetting your password, type in the 'Reset Password.'(Please give concise instructions for best results)
Use Filters to Narrow Down Your Search
If your initial search yields too many results, use the filters on the left side of the page to narrow your search. You can filter By Category. For example, if you are a parent, you can select 'Parents' to reduce the number of search results and only see articles related to a parent user.
Browse Related Articles
Browse different articles under the same section on the left-hand side of the page. Click on any of the related articles to see if they answer your question.

If the information you require is unavailable, or if you wish to speak to us, you can contact us by clicking the Submit a Request link at the end of a support article.
