Frequently Asked Questions

What are the prerequisites to join?

Anyone who is a caregiver or an educator can join the panel. Really! We're eager to speak with people who use or never use our product daily. Interestingly, these are remote studies, thanks to the magic of video conferencing technology.

Can I choose which research I participate in?

We conduct various studies such as usability sessions, informational interviews, and online surveys. Many of these studies can be completed from your home or office computer. You’ll never have to do a study if you don’t want to.

Are the studies compensated?

Some research studies are paid with incentives like gift cards and swag, but this varies session by session. Details for each study are included in the email invitation.

How often will you contact me?

We’ll only contact you for research-related opportunities, no more than once every two months. If you are a potential match for one of our studies, we will contact you with an email invitation from a splashlearn.com email address.

Can I opt-out if this isn't for me?

You can leave the User Research Panel anytime by contacting us at research@splashlearn.com.

How will you use my personal information if I fill out this survey?

We only use the data we collect in this survey to recruit and contact participants for future SplashLearn experience studies in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For more information, don't hesitate to contact our team at research@splashlearn.com.
