How can parents view/manage the account details? – SplashLearn

Managing and viewing your SplashLearn account details is easy! Follow these simple steps to access and modify your account information:

Click on the Menu button in the top left corner of your dashboard.
Click on "Settings" and type in your birth year.
Click "Account details" (scroll down if you cannot see it).

Under Account Details, you can view your membership details, including your subscription plan and renewal date. You can also manage your profile information, such as changing your email or password, updating your name, and setting your time zone.

Another helpful feature is the option to Manage Cards, allowing you to add a new card. You can also set email preferences to ensure you receive only the communications you want from SplashLearn.

If you ever need to delete your account, you can also do so from this section. Remember that deleting your account is permanent, and you will lose access to all your account information and progress data.
