As a parent, you have access to a wide range of resources that can help support your child's education. By keeping your account active, you'll continue to have access to the following:

- Comprehensive reporting that provides detailed insights into your child's performance

If you delete/cancel/close your parent account, you'll lose access to any progress of these valuable resources. While we understand that circumstances may change, we encourage you to consider the benefits of keeping your account active before making a final decision.
However, the process is simple if you decide to move forward with account deletion. Just follow these steps:
For Parents accessing SplashLearn via Website:
- Log in to your parent account and click on the “Parent” button.

Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.

Scroll down until you see the "Delete Account" button, and click on it.
- Click on the 'Delete Account Request' button on the next page.

Please look for an email with the verification code in your inbox. (If you have trouble finding the email, please check all folders, including Spam)

Enter the verification code and hit the 'Submit' button to complete the deletion process.
For Parents accessing SplashLearn via SplashLearn iOS App:
- Log in to your parent account and click on the “Menu” button available at top-left.

Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the 'Delete Account' section.
- Confirm your deletion request by clicking on the 'OK' button.

Please look for an email with the verification code in your inbox. (If you have trouble finding the email, please check all folders, including Spam)

Enter the verification code and hit the 'Submit' button to complete the deletion process.
Note:
- If you cannot locate the 'Delete Account' button on your dashboard, kindly click here to raise a request at our help desk.
- In order to switch your parent account to a teacher or vice-versa, you will be required to delete the existing account.
