How to Delete a Parent Account?

• Comprehensive reporting that provides detailed insights into your child's performance

If you choose to delete your parent account, you'll lose access to any progress all of these valuable resources. While we understand that circumstances may change, we encourage you to consider the benefits of keeping your account active before making a final decision.

However, the process is simple if you decide to move forward with account deletion. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in to your parent account and click on the “Menu” button.
2. Select "Settings" from the drop-down menu.
3. Scroll down until you see the "Delete Account" button, and click on it.

This will generate a deletion request sent to your registered email address. To complete the process, you only need to click on the deletion link in the email. It's that simple!

However, once you have deleted your account, it cannot be resurrected/restored.
