Purchased via Apple iTunes:
For subscriptions purchased through Apple iTunes, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by Apple. Here's what you can do:
Follow Apple's auto-renewal cancellation steps to turn off auto-renewal before the trial ends and avoid any charges.
You can request a refund directly from Apple using the Apple Return option. Follow the tutorial for step-by-step guidance.

Remember:
Canceling the subscription only disables the auto-renewal feature for your SplashLearn subscription, ensuring no further recurring charges. Paid access continues until the current subscription period ends.
The student’s progress data remains intact within the SplashLearn account until the parent initiates the account deletion process.

Auto-renewal is already turned off,
You’re logged into a different SplashLearn account, or
Your subscription was purchased via Apple iTunes or Google Play.
