Unable to locate the live class icon on your dashboard?

In case you are unable to view or find the 'Live Class' icon on your child's dashboard.

Kindly reduce the browser's screen resolution and refresh to view the Live class icon. (We recommend Chrome browser for the best user experience).

Users can access this feature via our website (Web-Broswer) on laptops, desktops, iPad, Macbooks, and Chrome books and SplashLearn Application only on on iOS (iPad/iPhone) devices. 

Note:

1. Currently, the Live class feature is not supported on Android mobile phones when accessed through SplashLearn application and mobile browser.

2. Only US-based users can access the Live class feature as of now; we'll soon roll it out globally.
