Does your student dashboard look different from others?

If the dashboard looks different for some of the students in the class and it seems to be the old version where you could find only limited features, kindly follow the steps to fix the issue on your end.

We have received reports of certain students encountering an older version of the dashboard, which offers limited features. This issue is specific to Chromebook devices. To resolve this, we recommend adjusting the screen size resolution (1536*864) to ensure compatibility with the latest dashboard version.

Follow these simple steps on your Chromebook device to fix the issue:

1. Locate the icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen, which displays Wi-Fi, sound, and other settings.
2. Click on the icon to open the "Settings" menu.
3. In the “Search settings” box, type "Display".
4. Select the "Display size" option.
5. Now, you have the option to increase or decrease the screen resolution according to your preference.

Adjusting the screen size resolution to the recommended setting of (1536*864) allows you to seamlessly ensure that your student dashboard displays all the latest features and functions.
