We have received reports of certain students encountering an older version of the dashboard, which offers limited features. This issue is specific to Chromebook devices. To resolve this, we recommend adjusting the screen size resolution (1536*864) to ensure compatibility with the latest dashboard version.
Follow these simple steps on your Chromebook device to fix the issue:
- Locate the icon in the bottom-right corner of your screen, which displays Wi-Fi, sound, and other settings.
- Click on the icon to open the "Settings" menu.
- In the “Search settings” box, type "Display".
- Select the "Display size" option.
- Now, you have the option to increase or decrease the screen resolution according to your preference.
Adjusting the screen size resolution to the recommended setting of (1536*864) allows you to seamlessly ensure that your student dashboard displays all the latest features and functions.
