Personalized Learning Plans are automatically created after a student completes an assessment. These plans are tailored to each student’s performance and learning gaps, helping them focus on areas that need improvement, making it easier to provide targeted practice and keep learning on track.
Assign a Learning Plan:

Go to Track Math > Track Assessments, review student performance, and click Assign the Plan.
Remove/Delete a Learning Plan:
Go to Track Assessments.

Click Clear Student Dashboard to remove the assigned learning plan from the student’s view.
Remember:
- Learning Plans are not available for Reading/ELA and PreKindergarten.

You can print learning plan reports to track progress and insights.
