If you are a teacher and no longer wish to use SplashLearn, you can easily delete your account by following these steps:
Click on the 'Submit a request' button.
- Click on the drop-down and select 'Contact Support'.
- Select the 'Account Deletion' option as the category from the drop-down.
Fill out the form completely with the required information.
Click on the 'Submit' button to send your request.
A pop-up message will appear indicating that your request has been successfully submitted.
Please note that if you wish to switch your account from a teacher to a parent or vice-versa, you will need to delete your existing account and create a new one with the correct role.
